Meet Terry:

In 1987, Terry awoke in a hospital bed with no memory of who he was, or how he had come to be there. He had no idea how old he was or what he had done in his "prior life", but with time, one thing became abundantly clear: the desire to act burned irresistibly inside him, driving him to pursue this difficult goal.

For the next 7 years, Terry would audition for every role and production that he heard of, and in those 7 years he didn't land a single role. Finally, he decided that his next audition would be his last - and of course, he landed the part of Van Helsing in a theatrical production of Bram Stoker's infamous tale Dracula. What followed was a period of booking every role he auditioned for - a period lasting long enough to reignite the passion that discouragement had dampened over the years. But, as life has a way of doing, commitments and responsibilities got in the way.  Worse still: he listened to people who told him his dream was foolhardy. He gave up acting in favour of more traditional work, though he never did lose the desire.

Fast forward 15 to 20 years, and we see Terry lose his "regular" job - a blessing in disguise, as he used this opportunity to do what he should have done all along: he made the pursuit of acting his full-time job.

Now, after many years in the making, Terry is proud to call himself a professional actor. He is also a Christian, a Canadian, lives with a drop-dead gorgeous wife (she wrote that description when he wasn't looking. (Get your own damn page, woman!)), and two cats, and has an annoying habit of writing about myself in the third person.

I mean HIMself.

Whatever.
